Each capsule contains:
Medicinal ingredient: Fenugreek seed powder (Trigonella foenum-graecum) 610 mg.Other ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), silica.
Contains no sugar, salt, yeast, corn, soy, dairy products, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Adults: Take 2 capsules 3 times per day with water at mealtimes. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Warning: Do not use if you are taking any medication. Do not use if you are undergoing hypoglycemic therapy, hormonal therapy, or anti-coagulant therapy, or are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors. Do not use if you are pregnant. Keep out of the reach of children.
