chloride, magnesium carbonate, ferrous sulphate, zinc sulphate, cupric sulfate, 
manganese sulphate, potassium iodide, sodium selenate), mortierella alpina oil (a 
source of arachidonic acid (ara)), choline bitartrate, crypthecodinium cohnii oil (a 
source of docosahexaenoic acid (dha)), vitamins (sodium l-ascorbate, l-ascorbic 
acid, dl-α tocopherol acetate, niacinamide, calcium d-pantothenate, thiamin

• 1. Wash your hands, and clean the bottle with hot, soapy water. 2. Fill the bottle with the desired amount of warm water, ideally boiled water that has cooled to 40 C (104 F). 3. Using the enclosed scoop, add 1 scoop of formula for each 30 mL of water. 4. Cap the bottle and swirl until powder is dissolved. 5. After feeding your baby, throw away any unused formula..
