ARTISAN COOK PROCESS
Most canned tuna loses flavor and the majority of Omega 3s due to precooking and machine processing. Ā We hand pack premium raw wild tuna steaks and then slow cook them to perfection, retaining all the Omega 3 oils and flavor.
NOTHING ADDED, NOTHING DRAINED
We donāt add oil, water, fillers, preservatives, or GMO-Soy broth to our tuna. Itās just pure wild tuna. Ā Just empty the can into a bowl and mix together so the tuna reabsorbs any natural oils or fish juice that has settled. Please do not drain.
